In 2021, our mission began: to bring authentic Hispanic cuisine to Carlinville, IL. We searched for a place that reflected our vision of warmth, community, and amazing food, and we found it—a charming spot that felt like home. Since then, we’ve proudly grown, opening a second location in Auburn in 2023. Potrillo’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place where friends and families gather to celebrate flavor and connection.
